Since 2009, Smitz Café has been at the heart of catering in Shannon. Founded by Don Murphy, a graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management, our business is rooted in quality, hospitality, and community.

Smitz Café started as a local café and quickly expanded to meet growing demand for high-quality catering. Over the years, we’ve served everything from corporate boardroom lunches to Christmas dinners and family occasions.
